Fake Reviews

Good Morning. It was recently brought to our attention that there have been several false reviews on Yelp. We do not support nor do we advise our customers to post their reviews there. Yelp has a tendency to hide the good reviews and show the bad reviews with the intention that we will advertise, so they will remove them. We have already declined this offer, and we apologize for this inconvenience as we strive for 100% positive customer experiences every time.

If there's a mistake, we own it and correct it, and we will never blame the customer for anything. We want everyone to succeed. However, these reviews are downright harassment and we will no longer tolerate it. We are currently working with senators and PA state representatives, and will be taking legal action as this is our livelihood.
