You must go to a drivers exam center near you. They will request to see your out of state license, birth certificate, social security card, and two items proving your residence in Pennsylvania.
Either bring your form from the DMV or download Form DL-143. For your convenience, you may fax all forms, along with the payment form, to one of our locations. You can then pick up your camera card at that location. *Commercial driver’s licenses require special forms and will take 3–5 business days to process.

Download form DL-80 and appear before a notary public with your government issued photo identification. We can issue an interim card, which is legal to drive on, and the DMV will send the actual replacement license in 7-10 days.
Either bring your form from the DMV or download Forms MV-140 (including your license number and date of birth) and MV-161. For your convenience, you may also download the forms and fax them to one of our locations. You can then pick up your completed registration card at that location.
Download form MV-44, complete section A, B, and D or E. If Section E applies, you must appear before a notary public with your PA drivers license or PA identification card. In most cases, we can issue your replacement material instantly.
Do you have a license plate that is peeling, blistered, discolored, or damaged?
Drivers must bring their unexpired Pennsylvania driver’s license, current vehicle registration card, and a photo of their license plate. If the vehicle is registered to two individuals, both registrants must be present and provide valid driver’s licenses. Police officers will be available to sign off on the PennDOT form for the replacement license plate.

You must take four photos of your vehicle, the title, and all your repair receipts to an authorized enhanced inspection station. The station will complete form MV-426B. They will return the MV-426B and your documentation to you. Bring them into our office for processing.
Download form MV-38O, complete all sections except for the signature. All owners must sign before a notary public. If there is no lien on the vehicle record, we can process the form instantly and the DMV will mail the title in 7-10 days. If there was a lien, then you will need to bring a lien release letter from the lien holder and it will take approximately 2-3 weeks for you to receive the title.
The following documentation is needed: The title, valid government issued photo ID from seller, valid PA Driver license or PA identification card from the buyer, mileage, and—if the buyer is obtaining tags—proof of insurance in the buyer’s name.
The following documentation is required: the seller must be present or provide a properly reassigned title, the vehicle’s mileage, the buyer’s valid Pennsylvania driver’s license or PA identification card, and the vehicle itself for VIN verification. If the buyer is obtaining tags, proof of insurance in the buyer’s name is also required.
When a vehicle comes from out of state, the VIN must be verified. If you are unable to bring the vehicle to our office, you may:
Make a pencil tracing of the VIN plate located on the dashboard (the tracing must be completely legible), OR
Download Form MV-41 and have a licensed Pennsylvania inspection mechanic or state trooper verify the VIN.
Note: If the vehicle is a truck or trailer, the gross weight must also be verified on Form MV-41.
A valid government-issued photo ID is required for each person signing. All signers must be present and should wait to sign until they are in front of the notary. You may complete all other sections of the document in advance.
If your document requires witnesses in addition to the notary, you must bring them with you. Witnesses should be individuals who know you personally and have no interest in the document. They must also bring valid government-issued photo identification.

Yes, we cannot renew any drivers license or registration that is currently under suspension. In some cases, additional documentation may be needed. State and service fees apply so please ask us.
Antique Vehicle Registration requires the following items:
Valid PA Driver’s License or Photo ID
Original Title
Bill of Sale (if a new purchase)
VIN Tracing (if coming into PA from out-of-state)
PA Insurance ID Card listing the vehicle year, make, and VIN
4 Color Pictures (taken straight on, not blurry, and printed on photo paper)
State-specific motor vehicle forms will be completed at our office for titling and registration.
Temporary registration plates are available if you intend to use the vehicle while awaiting the antique registration plate from PennDOT.
Please note: Antique registration is a one-time process, not subject to inspection, and the vehicle is limited to use during daylight hours for events such as car shows and parades.
Important: The four-color photo requirement is back, per PennDOT. If you don’t have a printer or the ability to print the photos, we can print them for you at our office from your phone or email. There is a fee for this service.
